Shipping Fees & Timing
STANDARD
- In order to minimizing the time of custom clearance, all orders are shipped by 邮政小包

- Delivery Timing: 7-20 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email

Exceptions:
- - If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- - Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
- - WS and TAS: Allow 12-25 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email.
Signature Required
Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above AU$50 regardless of service type.
Returns & Exchanges
Only goods with producing quality problems and faulty items can be returned. Size, colour or texture’s does not matching expectation can not be applied to return and exchange policy.
Returns
You have up to 15 days to initiate your return from the moment your order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items.
- Register your return online or contact client services: Provide your order number,specify the goods and problem.
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt, leaflets and certificates.
- Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
- Items from separate orders cannot be returned within the same package, combining orders will slow down the refund process!
- Send your package to the address provided by our client service: Send back your return item via any express company in your convenience. Please do not choose freight at destination, or your parcel may be rejected.
- Please ensure you keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.
Return Policy
- Products must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Item in perfect & sellable condition
- Original packaging
- Original invoice, leaflets and certificates
- No exchanges and returns for personalized items.
- Women’s underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
- Men’s underwear and swimwear can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
Received a Faulty Item?
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The product logo and label
There is no need to send your faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time.
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
